Beginning in the coastal wilderness of Northern California (the unceded ancestral land of the Coast Miwok) and reaching beyond to places like the smog-choked streets of Santiago de Chile and the teeming factories of Dhaka, Bangladesh, I empower sublime projects where others don’t look: from starting a water protecting nonprofit now celebrating two decades of innovative local triumphs, to developing a stop motion animated story made of cardboard.
